By engaging the services of PRAVEEN STUDIO or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the professional relationship between you (the Client) and Praveen Studio. If you have any specific requirements or questions regarding any part of these terms, please discuss them with us before confirming your booking.

2. Service Scope

Praveen Studio specializes in luxury visual storytelling, cinematic wedding films, and generational family heritage photography. Our primary service offerings include:

• Photography Services: Weddings, pre-weddings, traditional celebrations, and fine-art portraits.
• Videography Services: Cinematic event films, Same Day Edit highlights, teasers, and full ceremony coverage.
• Event Coverage: Comprehensive documentation of single and multi-day celebrations and destination events.
• Destination Shoots: Travel-based photography assignments across Chhattisgarh, Goa, India, and internationally.

3. Booking Policy

To ensure thorough artistic preparation and dedicated resource allocation, all bookings follow our structured procedure:

• Confirmation Process: A booking is considered officially confirmed only when the agreed advance payment is received, and a formal written acknowledgment is issued by our team.
• Advance Payments: A non-refundable advance payment is required to lock your calendar dates. Verbal commitments or date inquiries do not guarantee date reservations.
• Date Locking: Once dates are locked, we turn away all subsequent inquiries for that specific timeframe to dedicate our crew and equipment entirely to your family.

4. Payment Policy

To ensure smooth event planning and seamless post-production delivery, all payments follow our structured 3-instalment schedule:

• Quotation-Based Pricing: Final pricing is provided via a customized written quotation tailored to your celebration scale, number of functions, and team requirements.
• Custom Packages: We tailor our coverage to suit your vision, ensuring you only pay for the bespoke services and deliverables your family needs.
• Travel & Logistics Charges: For destination weddings or venues outside our standard operating locations (Raipur/Katgi region), travel, lodging, and logistical expenses will be billed additionally unless explicitly bundled within your package.

5. Client Responsibilities

A cinematic celebration shoot is a collaborative partnership. As our client, you are responsible for:

• Timing Coordination: Ensuring that rituals and functions run reasonably close to the agreed timeline. Praveen Studio is not responsible for missed moments caused by unforeseen, extensive event delays beyond our control.
• Permissions & Clearances: Securing any necessary photography permits, drone clearances, or venue entry passes required by banquet halls, hotels, or local authorities.
• Venue Access: Providing our crew with timely access, appropriate staging space, and a safe working environment to capture your celebration seamlessly.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. The intellectual property and copyright of the creative work remain with Praveen Studio:

• Ownership: All raw and master footage, high-resolution photographs, and creative assets produced by Praveen Studio remain our intellectual property unless a full copyright transfer is agreed upon in writing.
• Personal License: You receive an unrestricted personal, non-commercial license to print, share, download, and display your photographs and films with family and friends forever.
• Unauthorized Modification: Re-editing, adding third-party automated filters, or commercializing our imagery without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Portfolio Rights

As artistic creators, we rely on our body of work to showcase our craft to future families. By partnering with Praveen Studio, you agree that we may share selected imagery or short video teasers from your celebrations on our website, social media, and portfolio showcase. If your celebration requires complete confidentiality or privacy, please inform us in writing prior to booking confirmation.

8. Delivery Timelines

True luxury takes time and care. We meticulously curate, color grade, and master every single photograph and cinematic film to maintain our signature aesthetic. Estimated delivery schedules for teasers, photo galleries, and handcrafted albums are clearly outlined in your agreement. While we frequently deliver ahead of schedule, timelines may experience slight variations during peak wedding seasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we prepare with comprehensive multi-camera redundancy, backup equipment, and structured data management, certain unforeseen circumstances remain beyond human control. Praveen Studio shall not be held liable for hindered coverage resulting from:

• Extreme Weather: Unseasonal heavy rain, storms, or inadequate lighting due to venue power failure.
• Travel Disruptions: Flight cancellations, unexpected transit blockages, or strikes.
• Technical Failures: Sudden catastrophic hardware faults, despite our rigorous multi-card backup protocols.
• Force Majeure: Natural calamities, epidemics, or government-mandated emergency restrictions.

10. Third-Party Platforms

We leverage industry-leading platforms (such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, cloud galleries, and YouTube) for client communication, venue navigation, and video streaming. Praveen Studio is not liable for intermittent outages or policy changes originating from external third-party service providers.

11. Changes to Terms

Praveen Studio reserves the right to refine or update these Terms of Service periodically. Any updates will be posted transparently on this page with a revised effective date. By continuing to utilize our services, you accept and agree to the current terms.
